About Allied Gardens & San Carlos
Allied Gardens is a small community north of San Diego State. The area is mostly residential, with a few restaurants and businesses. Its location is ideal for those that want to be close to everything–it’s near schools, Mission Valley, and La Mesa.
San Carlos is slightly east of Allied Gardens. The area mostly consists of single family homes. Its proximity to Mission Trails park makes it a great location for families and hikers.
How much does Allied Gardens & San Carlos property management cost?
Every Allied Gardens & San Carlos property manager has their own fee structure. However, we offer house, condo, and/or 2-4 units property management for an 8% monthly management fee. Alternatively, we provide multi-family (5-15 units) property management for a 6% monthly management fee. In addition to monthly management fees, we charge a $595 leasing fee, a $150 annual inspection fee, and a $195 lease renewal fee.
